Appointment

Make sure to have your visit scheduled and a waiver signed. Also give yourself enough time to find parking so we can start with you.

Equipment

No Equipment or Experience is required.

Lastly

Your trial will last approximately one hour.
Please bring water and sandals to enter and exit the mats easily.
