Our sessions are broken into a warm-up, with plenty of cardio and resistance exercises. It's design to get your body conditioned for fighting. The second half strictly focuses on balance, execution and technique.

Explosive power is crucial for the sport, and it requires both strength and speed.
Each session lasts from 1 to 2 hours and incorporates multiple rounds of jumping ropes, shadow boxing, heavy bagwork, padwork, strength training and conditioning exercises.
A traditional training for fighters will even include a 3.5 mi run as a warm-up.
